Eating is heavenly, but not all delicious food are good for the body and health. In fact, they are the ones which are prone to sickness. So for us, we should have a balance diet. Eat nutritious food, plenty of water and have also a proper hygiene. Especially for children because their stamina is not yet strong enough. They should eat Go,Grow,Glow foods. For parents, they should guide and check the food they eat. When they are still young,avoid the junk foods and too much sweets. In their merienda, is good if you'll give them cookies or anything that is nourishing and juice or water.
Especially mothers should be conscious to the food of their kids. To live a hale and hearty longer life.
